First prize winner of the 2005 Gaspésie Gourmande
contest for a dish consisting of lobster, shrimp and
sweetbreads served with asparagus, fiddleheads, lobster
mayonnaise, tarragon mayonnaise and a touch of caviar.
Awarded a gold star in the May 26, 2005 edition of La
Presse in its article about the best and the worst in
Haute-Gaspésie. "Can be compared to the
best restaurants in Montreal."
2006:
Media Prize for Lobster Duo - lobster accompanied by
duck liver flan with lobster and Paspébiac caviar,
oysters and Sauterne sauce.
