recipe : Civet gourmand de homard, langoustines et crevettes
(Gourmet stew made of lobster, scampi and shrimp).

succulent snow crab - the diversity of marinated
nordic products - scallops with strawberries or with a julienne of vegetables or
sauteed and combined with shrimp, lobster and salmon.
The freshness and diversity of our deep sea fish accompanied
by succulent maritime sauces.
Let's not forget the French style rib steak
prepared with mixed herbs and truffle oil.
The restaurant has a fish tank for lobsters (1 to 9 pounds).
Lobster grilled and flambéed the Caribbean

Bouillabaise with 5 to 7 kinds of fish and a half-lobster

Côte in La Pocatière (1 hour and 15 minutes from
Québec City).
Marché de La Côte offers a complete selection
of Québec's regional products, SAQ Terroir (wine and
spirits from local producers - there are only two of these
stores in Québec), a full range of products from Première
Moisson: breads, deli meats, Viennese bakery products, ready-made
meals and a large variety of Québec cheeses. Lunch
services.
